• We will process an exchange on unworn, unused, and unwashed products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must include all original manufacturer's packaging.
• Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from ship date.
• To replace a product, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address prior to returning the item. Please contact us to receive this information.
  NOTE: All packages received without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
  Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all exchanges. This fee does not apply if items sent incorrectly.

• Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address unless you contact us and make arrangements. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information is verified and matched.

• All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing. If defect occurred within 30 days since purchase date please follow exchange procedure.
